Informed consent
Prior information to understand the scope and limits of MAP support.
Purpose of support
The MAP method proposes a process of observation, significant memory, awareness, and personal support. It may help organise experiences, emotions, and decisions, but it does not guarantee specific results.
Limits of the service
MAP does not replace emergency services, medical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, or clinical psychotherapy when these are needed. If you are in a situation of risk, crisis, or emergency, you must contact health or emergency services.
Voluntary participation
Participation is voluntary. You may raise questions before or during the process and decide whether to continue, postpone, or interrupt the support.
Confidentiality
Shared information will be handled confidentially, within the legal and operational limits required to manage the booking, professional service, and applicable obligations.
Personal data
By submitting a form, you accept that the necessary data will be used to manage support, booking, payment, communication, and operational follow-up, in accordance with the privacy policy.
Results
Personal processes depend on many factors. MAP does not guarantee specific results and does not replace personal, medical, psychological, legal, or professional decisions.
