Booking and service terms
Terms that apply to MAP bookings, sessions, payments, and related services.
Scope
These terms govern the booking and purchase of MAP sessions, processes, training, or activities.
Service provider
Sessions, training, or services may be provided by PLANTERMAP, S.L. or by specific professionals linked to the project, according to the selected service and the information shown during the booking process.
Booking process
The user must provide the requested data, select an available professional, date, and time, and complete payment when required. The booking will be considered confirmed when the system correctly records the request and, where applicable, the payment.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown before payment. Where applicable, they include or detail the relevant taxes. Invoices may be issued by PLANTERMAP, S.L. or by the professional providing the service, depending on the nature of the session.
Payment
Payment may be handled through external gateways. PLANTERMAP, S.L. does not store full card details. The transaction is subject to the payment provider’s terms.
Booking changes
Date or time changes are subject to availability and to the current cancellation policy.
Nature of the service
MAP offers support, guidance, training, and self-knowledge processes. It does not replace emergency services, medical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, or clinical psychotherapy when these are needed.
